Garrett-Evangelical, founded in 1853, is a graduate school of theology related to The United Methodist Church. Located on the campus of Northwestern University, the seminary serves more than 400 students from many denominations and cultural backgrounds, fostering an atmosphere of ecumenical interaction. Samaritan Counseling Center is an interfaith mental health practice offering professional counseling services to the community. The Center provides a wide range of services including individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling, in addition to consulting, development for clinicians, and services to meet the unique needs of clergy and congregations.
